Josh Griffin

Minister of Youth/Education

Josh began as Minister of Youth and Education in September of 2006. Josh and his wife, Tammy, have a daughter, Hadden, and a son, Owen.

Before moving to the area, Josh and Tammy served in the Dominican Republic for nearly three years. While in the Dominican, they worked with troubled teens at a Christian boarding school.

Josh and Tammy are also the founders of Wellspring Camp, a Christian camp for children and adults with disabilities and special needs.

As youth minister, Josh desires to see the youth develop a strong desire to serve the Lord by serving others. He also wants the youth to grasp the truths that will guide them through their college and early career years.

The Purpose Statement for the youth is:

NBC Youth exists for the purpose of building relationships with other believers and God. We will focus on building our faith, gathering knowledge about living out our faith, and reaching out to those in need, in humility. We intend to be leaders on a promising path of intense worship with God, sharing selfless acts of kindness in our community and abroad.

Matthew 10:38-39   It's an "All or Nothing" thing!

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
